Can I Change My Order?

Yes—orders may be modified within a limited window after placement. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important: Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Because we prioritize fast fulfillment—especially for devotional items and seasonal gifts—cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.

Orders Eligible for Cancellation:

• Orders placed recently and not yet processed
• Items not yet prepared, packed, or shipped

Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation:

• Orders already shipped
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Blessed or sacramental items prepared specifically for your order

Processing & Fulfillment Timing

Most orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. This allows us to deliver your Catholic gifts efficiently, but it also limits the window for changes or cancellations.

• Peak seasons (Advent, Christmas, Easter) may accelerate fulfillment timelines
• Custom and sacramental items may enter preparation immediately

Special Considerations for Catholic Items

Out of respect for the sacred nature of many products we offer, certain items are handled with particular care and intention. This includes sacramental gifts, devotional items, and products that may be blessed or prepared for religious use.

• Personalized religious items are final once production begins
• Blessed items may not be eligible for cancellation or return
• Bulk parish or institutional orders may follow custom agreements
