Description
Saint Anthony-24.
St. Anthony of Padua was a Portuguese Catholic priest and friar of the Franciscan Order, and is one of the Catholic Church’s most popular saints. He is the patron saint of lost and stolen articles and is noted by his contemporaries for his forceful preaching, expert knowledge of scripture and undying love and devotion to the poor and sick. He was the second-most-quickly canonized saint, within a year of his death at age 36. He’s typically portrayed holding the child Jesus – or a lily, or a book, or all three – in his arms. Each of these detailed sterling silver medals from Creed® is a visible reminder of those Saints that promised to protect us all. Comes with 24″ Chain.
A sacred figure in the home does not need to speak loudly. It stands, and by standing it reminds the heart where to look.
Placed on a shelf, mantel, table, or prayer corner, it offers more than decoration by giving visible form to devotion and helping shape a genuinely Catholic atmosphere.
Ideal for prayer corners, home chapels, or devotional gifting, it belongs naturally among Catholic statues, Marian gifts, saints gifts, and Catholic home decor.
