Old Testament books and portions received as canonical by the Catholic Church but omitted from the Jewish Tanakh and from many Protestant Old Testaments. They include Tobit, Judith, Wisdom, Sirach, Baruch, First and Second Maccabees, and additions to Esther and Daniel.
